Property Group (Pty) Ltd has been mandated by The South African Breweries (Pty) Ltd to dispose of three of its non-core property assets: two industrial properties in Rooihuiskraal, Centurion and an office complex in Isando.
The Rooihuiskraal properties are situated adjacent to one another and have a total GLA of 23 888m2. The properties offer maximum exposure with highway frontage along the N1 Highway.

Eris is of the opinion that these versatile properties will appeal to a number of industrial users in the logistics, storage or manufacturing sectors”.
The Isando office complex consists of two office blocks measuring 3 900m2 and 3 300m2 respectively. The property is located in the heart of Isando, a prime industrial node consisting of well-known blue chip organisations. The site is ideally situated within close proximity to the O.R Tambo International Airport and the freeway systems leading to Johannesburg, Pretoria, as well as the East and West Rand. These office blocks may be sold separately or together.
The SAB properties are being sold by way of an open tender, managed by Eris.
