Property Advisory Services
The Property Advisory Services division accesses resources within Eris across the range of property services disciplines in order to provide professional advice and systems to large corporate users of property in the South African market.
The approach taken by the division includes:
| • | Systemising clients’ leased or freehold properties |
| • | Formulation of and implementation of strategies for reducing accommodation costs |
| • | Formulation of and implementation of strategies for maximising value on owned properties |
| • | Advising on and implementation of lease renewals or new leases |
| • | Advising on and implementation of procurement terms for new premises /new developments |
| • | Determination of and implementation of agreed strategies for effective disposal of surplus leased premises or owned properties |
