With key infrastructure expected by the end of February 2027, the project is already supporting employment and creating opportunities for SMEs.

Further extending our footprint as a trusted development partner, the Marlow on Mill apartments is set to redefine residential living in Newlands, Cape Town. This iconic development combines high-quality residential design, modern amenities and a community-focused environment in one of the Western Cape’s most established nodes.

Our ongoing work in Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) belongs to a unified ecosystem. The strength of the partnership between SASAII, Eris, and Rise Student Living has delivered over 6,000 beds, driving expansion into new markets, and including the highly anticipated launch of the Nala Units in Bloemfontein and Units on Blackwood in Parktown, Johannesburg. Expected for 2027 intake, these developments aim to provide safe, sustainable and vibrant student communities.
