STUDENT ACCOMMODATION PROJECTS

  • Avenue Road was a 500 bed with dining hall was construction tender development done for UCT.

  • Units on Park, a 988 bed development in Hatfield started construction in 2018 and completed in 2019 for the 2020 intake.

  • Units on Jorissen street is a 1 071 bed development across one of the entrances to Wits. That commenced in 2021 for 2024 intake.

  • Units on Cape Station is the biggest single phase student accommodation development that has been developed in South Africa with a whopping 3 085 beds for 2024 intake.

  • The STACC team are responsible for sourcing and rolling out the pipeline of new projects for SASAII.
