New Development Logistics DC in East Port R21
Construction of our new proposed logistics facility with a GLA of 13,007m² at Eastport Logistics Park is well underway. 
The building is anticipated to be completed by November 2025. The total GLA of 13,007m² comprises: -Warehouse: 11,604m² -Pilot office: 132m² -Warehouse mezzanine: 334m² -Double storey offices: 801m² -Guardhouse and sundry buildings: 136m² The building will include: -15m of clear internal height -A port-tensioned, power floated, jointless FM2 concrete warehouse designed for 12-ton load per racking post -The facility includes both on-grade and dock-height automated sectional doors -A 12m wide canopy over all on-grade roller sectional doors -A large 38m wide yard -Dali lighting installed throughout the warehouse -A 10,000 litre back-up water system -The facility will be Green Edge Certified
